The Challenge + Solution -

The Advantage Group needed a new website and a new visual identity. As both a residential and commercial real estate team with members who were both industry veterans and relatively new faces to real estate, their branding needed to reflect all facets of their identity. It needed to be modern, but classic. It needed to be youthful, but exude experience. A tall order. Narwhal Creative dug deep into the creative well to develop a simple, clever, and timeless design which incorporates both the A and the G of “Advantage Group” in a single monogram. A simple but elegant sans-serif font brings forward the modern aesthetic while maintaining a classic simplicity. This new branding was the result of careful, thoughtful, and deliberate design decisions made in close partnership with the Advantage Group team.
